We came whirling
out of nothingness
scattering stars
like dust

turning and turning
it sunders
all attachment

every atom
turns bewildered

beggers circle tables
dogs circle carrion
the lover circles
           his own heart

Support the Salvos

As part of the salvation army Red Shield appeal awareness was raised in Rundle Mall by means of a donut decoration competition. As you can see there were some very artistic  creations.

Bathroom furniture

At the Sydney Opera House we fell in love with this awesome  streamlined basin seen in both the main bathrooms.

Nala Koala grows up

Baby Nala who I rescued a couple of months ago off a road near Cleland National Park, when she was disoriented, starving and motherless, has tripled her weight and is living very happily with Merridy and her family until she can be released back into the wild in about 6 months time.

Nature's art.

After a downpour in the suburban streets a solitary upturned leaf beads up on the glistening pavement.

Vertebral Art

This installation made with vertebra-like sculptured pieces suggests the passage of time.

Bunyadkor

Asian Cup round one finalists Adelaide United are rocking at the moment but a less than impressive game was played at Hindmarsh on Wednesday against Bunyadkor Uzbekistan
with a resulting 0-0 draw.
