Cardboard Real-Estate.
The middle school kids have had a real ball making incredibly creative cardboard real estate; sky scrapers, apartments and other alternative urban dwellings.
Pembroke whole middle school art project
Everyone in the middle school had the chance to participate and put a brush onto this street-scape on the last day of term.
Birthday Treats
Yum...treats fit for an Irish king, perhaps not so well appreciated by the inebriated 18year olds at the party.
Storm approaching
The onset of a storm looking from our balcony over the gulf as it approaches, lashes the city, and leaves us for 11 hours without power. Great for that intimate candle light dinner you always intended having.

Focus on Womad
Womad is also a platform for focused circus based skill learning with contact juggling, Hula Hooping and Diablo as Jessie will attest.
Transience
The monks spent 4 days creating this amazing sand Mandala and then to show the importance of transience poured the coloured sand into the river and watched it disappear.

Morialta back roads.
Fortunately mad March has moments of tranquility as Trish and I found out when we explored new territory in Morialta this week.
Inflatable dolls
The Barrio was rocking on Saturday night as the festival Adelaide Festival kicked into operation with inflated dolls and safari clad comedians leading us on adventures into the parkland.
Parallel Collisions
Celebrating the arts at the Adelaide festival this year is the exhibition at the gallery..."Parrallel Collisions"
Exhibits included the above collapsing mud man, a photographic confusion of a house frame that appears to have fallen upside-down on a mound of gum trees in a paddock, and an underwater surfer movie that twists your mind as you try to work out the conflicting visuals...Well worth a look, and FREE!

Koala rescue
I found this oh-so-cute, malnourished, tiny koala baby that had lost its mother. It was just sitting in the middle of the road, so I wrapped it up in my sweater and took it down to town for some loving care and attention. It was snug-as-a-bug in my basket, strapped safely into the car seat. It's now having drinks every 30 minutes to get its strength back up and feeling much happier.
